For those of you considering the purchase of an Eichler home, Eichler Homes Realty, and Broker Jerry Ditto provides a Buyer’s Broker service that warrants your serious consideration.  Those services guarantee that your interests will be represented in the purchase the home, not the interests of the home seller.  All of those services are provided at no cost to the home buyer.

Not only will he be of unique help in helping you find the home that best fits your requirements and desires, the more technical and critically important tasks of writing a Purchase Contract through to ratification, reviewing seller disclosures and their completeness, reviewing inspection reports of pest control (termite), complete property, radiant heat, roof, pool etc.- and then monitoring all aspects of the escrow process until a successful close of escrow are some of Buyer Broker services he provides.  It is indeed a "win/win" relationship.
