At first, I have to admit that I’m always put off by what seems like an unnatural second story addition to Eichlers, and truth be told this addition does not do much to ease my fears.  However, the condition that you find in the original home more than makes up for my feelings of unrest.  This Eichler is almost preserved, it’s that original.  Original kitchen cabinets with matching bathroom vanities, the tongue and groove ceiling is still natural and unpainted, even the floor tiles are still original.  You should particularly note the fantastic condition of the wood paneling and the light gray pickling color!
